ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next day delivery is available at checkout for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard UK shipping is £3.99. Completely free on all orders over £50. Next day delivery is £6.99.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping is something we’re working on — join the newsletter to be notified when it launches.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly so we can’t always make changes after they’ve been placed. Contact us at hello@afterhoursclub.co as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

PRODUCTS

What sizes do you offer?

Our products are available in Small, Medium, Large, XL and XXL. A full size guide is available on each product page to help you find the right fit.

Are your products own brand?

Yes — every AfterHours Club product is designed and developed by us. We don’t resell third party brands. Everything is made to our own spec with quality and discretion as the priority.

Are the products suitable for everyday use?

Yes. Our products are designed for all day comfort and reliability. Full product specifications including absorbency levels are listed on each product page.

Will you be adding more products?

Yes — more products are in development. Join the club waiting list or follow us on social media to be first to know about new drops.

PRIVACY & PACKAGING

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Every order is shipped in plain, completely unmarked packaging. There is nothing on the outside to indicate what’s inside

Will AfterHours Club appear on my bank statement?

Your statement will show either AFTERHOURS CLUB or AHC depending on your bank. It will not reference the product type in any way.

Is my personal data safe?

Yes. We take data privacy seriously. Your personal information is fully encrypted, never sold to third parties and handled in accordance with UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

I live with other people — will they know what the package contains?

No. The packaging gives absolutely no indication of what’s inside. It arrives as a plain brown or white box — completely indistinguishable from any other online order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it for a full refund, provided it is unopened and in its original sealed packaging. See our full Returns Policy for details.

Can I return an opened product?

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. If there is a fault with your product please contact us and we will resolve it.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 working days back to your original payment method.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us at hello@afterhoursclub.co within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe which uses industry standard SSL encryption. We never store your card details.

Can I pay in instalments?

We don’t currently offer buy now pay later options but this is something we’re considering for the future.

THE CLUB & MEMBERSHIP

What is AfterHours Club membership?

Members will get exclusive pricing on every order, early access to new product drops, monthly auto-delivery subscriptions, loyalty points & access to a private community.

When does membership launch?

We’re working on it. Join the waiting list at the bottom of our homepage to be first to know when it goes live — and to get early access before it opens to the public.

How much will membership cost?

Pricing hasn’t been announced yet. Members on the waiting list will get a founding member rate that won’t be available after launch.

Is there a free tier?

We’re still finalising the membership structure. Join the waiting list to stay updated.
