REFUND & RETURNS

Overview

We want you to be completely happy with your AfterHours Club order. If something isn't right, we'll do everything we can to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Your Right to Cancel

As a UK customer you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods — no questions asked. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Email us at hello@afterhoursclub.co with your order number and reason for return
  • We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return your item must be:

  • Unopened and in its original sealed packaging
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Returned within 14 days of notifying us

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products for hygiene reasons
  • Items damaged through misuse
  • Items returned after the 14 day window without prior agreement

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • The refund will be applied to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@afterhoursclub.co with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the fault or incorrect item

We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
  • Return address will be provided upon approval of your return request

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Discretion

We understand the sensitive nature of our products. All returns are handled with complete discretion. Return packaging will be plain and unmarked with no indication of the contents.
