We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Due to the personal nature of our products, opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Email hello@afterhoursclub.co within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@afterhoursclub.co with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
